一、History
Nantong Zhonghai Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in Mar. 2011, the main products are various rubber lead sheets for radiation shielding. This product has over thirty-five years manufacturing history in this facility, and it was innovated by the coordination of No. 1 Nantong plastic factory and the R&D center of the State Security Ministry and it was the first generation lead sheet for the security inspection equipment accessory in the demonstrate market. In 2003, No.1 Nantong plastic factory was changed to Nantong TongSu Plastic Company due to business reengineering, and the enterprise nature was changed from state-owned to private owned company but still kept the same workshops, facilities, equipment and employee to manufacture the same products like rubber lead sheet, PVC door and window, aluminum alloy door and window. In order to improve the management capabilities and achieve independent accountability, we separate the manufacture of rubber lead sheet from other products and established Nantong Zhonghai Plastic Co., Ltd., but still in line with same management team.
二、Company Overview
Our manufacturing facility covers an area of 20 mu, the floor area is about 11000 square meters. Our fixed asset is about 15 million RMB. There are over 150 employees, 40 of them are technical engineers, 60 of them are high and mid-level skilled operators. There are over 50 sets of production equipment. The production capability of rubber lead sheet is about 25000 square meters per year. The company has established ISO9001:2008 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system and got certification in 2004. The company has a long-term technology and research cooperation with Sichuan University and Beijing Rubber Research Institute in the innovation of rubber lead sheet. We have many loyal and trustful customers and partners, some famous local customers such as NO.1 Research Institute of the Ministry of public security, Tsinghua Tongfang, Shanghai Eastimage, Shanghai Railway Security, etc, and large international well know companies like Smiths Hayman Co. Ltd., Ryan Security. We sell our products both in domestic market and also exported them to Japan, Germany, American and other countries.
三、Main Product
The main products of our company are variety sizes of rubber lead sheets for radiation shielding. They are used as shielding of security inspection equipment and radiation therapy machines. There are 0.25, 0.35 and 0.5 lead equivalent base on specification demands, and the lead concentration can be tailored to the special level to meet the requirement from customer.
